• You are able to oversee, create and manage the functional and process documentation on several parts of the energy value chain (Access Costs, Settlement & Direct Allocation Method).
• You know how to put the principles of "lean design" into practice when designing processes and journeys. To map or improve a process/journey you use (elements from) the Lean Six Sigma methodology. You define indicators with which the efficiency of the processes can be measured and you also monitor them.
• You ensure "up-to-date" process documentation (flows, business rules, process descriptions) and user documentation (instructions)
• You ensure compliance with deadlines and procedures in collaboration with team members

• You have an analytical and conceptual mind where you can make decisions mainly based on data. You are strongly data-minded.
• You are pragmatic and results-driven.
• You are not deterred by a changing context and you adapt quickly. You quickly take any problems that arise here to heart.

Education and professional background

• Master Degree in Economics or Engineering
• Languages
  Fluent in either Dutch or French / both is a nice to have
